According to law enforcement, two people have been arrested for impersonating Baltimore County police. Sources say the suspects illegally conducted a traffic stop, one armed and the other preventing the vehicle from be able to drive away. One of the suspects were reportedly armed, and additional firearms were recovered from the other suspect’s vehicle. The suspects  24-year-old Jordan Kearney and 30-year-old Kendall Vaughn were arrested, and officials says are facing multiple charges, including impersonating an officer.

CBS Baltimore reports, 

a Baltimore County Police officer was in the area of Joan Avenue and Loch Raven Boulevard in Towson. The officer witnessed two people conduct an illegal traffic stop in vehicles that had green and white flashing lights.
