Frederick Douglass High School Shooting Victim Speaks
The Baltimore City school employee who was shot earlier this month at Frederick Douglass High School is speaking out. Michael Marks, 46, was shot twice. Marks spent about a week recovering at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. He was released from the hospital over the weekend.
The shooting happened February 8. That day, Marks screamed: “Get out the hall, get out the hall, get the kids out of the hall! This guy got a gun. He’s got a gun! Run, run, run, run.”
