Baltimore Police Catch Shooter Caught On Camera [VIDEO]

An arrest has been made in the Aug. 6, 2017 shooting police say happened in the Central District after about 4:15 p.m. when officers responded to a report of shots fired. When police arrived to the 100 block of North Howard Street there was no victim. The victim eventually ended up at an area hospital with a graze wound to the arm.
