MD Courts Rule Dream Act Remains On Ballot

Maryland State’s highest court ruled that the Dream Act will remain on the ballot. The Dream Act allows illegal immigrants to receive in-state tuition to attend college.  Keeping the act on the ballot means it is now subject to a statewide vote.  Read full breaking news story here…
